轻轻松松, 10分钟就可以把粥煮好!




步骤 1 :前一天晚上, 把你要煮的量的米洗好.

步骤 2 : 沥干水后,把米放进一个纸袋里面,绑紧.

步骤 3 : 把纸袋米放入冰箱的冰格里.
步骤 4 : 要煮的时候, 就把米拿出来, 把米洗散它(因为米放进冰箱会硬硬的). 然后,放入适量的水煮10分钟左右, 粥就好了.
[注: 煮的时候,记得把锅盖起来,这样粥被闷才快熟. 还可以放入你们要的材料, 如肉,菜,鱼肉等...]
粥完成了!!

Step 3 : Put the rice bag into refrigerator.

Step 4 : When want to cook, take out the rice bag from refrigerator. Wash the rice (because rice put into the refrigerator will be hard). Then add the right amount of water cook about 10 minutes, porridge done.

[Note: When cooking, remember that close the pot cover, like this porridge more fast cooked. You can also Add the materials, such as meat, vegetables, fish, etc....]
